Kasisso Joseph Varghese Ordained in NewYork

NewYork: His Eminence Archbishop Mor Titus Yeldho Metropolitan, the Archbishop and Patriarchal Vicar of Malankara Archdiocese in USA has ordained Rev.Dn.Joseph Varghese  as Kasisso on Saturday,September 17th at St.John's the Baptist Syriac Orthodox church in Yonkers, NewYork. Venerable Corepiscopos, Respected Priests,Deacons, Archdiocesan Council members, Spiritual Organization Leaders and a large crowd of faithfuls from Tristate area have attended the Holy Service.

 On Saturday morning V.Rev.Issac Paily Corepiscopo, the Vicar of St.Johns Parish received Archbishop to the Parish by giving the lighted candle . V.Rev.Varkey Mundackal Corepiscopo,V.Rev.Geevarghese Thomas Chattathil Corepiscopo, Rev.Fr.Geevarghese Jacob Chalissery,Rev.Fr.Jossy Attachira, Rev.Fr.Varghese Paul, Rev.Dn.Bijesh, Rev.Dn.Martin Babu and Rev.Dn.Ani Skaria assisted the Metropolitan in Holy Qurbono and Ordination Ceremony. Rev.Pastor.Scott Summervile(Asbury Methodist Church) , Monsignor James Touro(Professor, Seatonhall University,NewJersey) and Mr.Saju Paulose CPA(Archdiocesan Treasurer) also attended the event.

 Archbishop Mor Titus Yeldho Metropolitan delivered his Presidential address in a public meeting covened to congratulate newly ordained Priest Rev.Fr.Joseph Varghese .Followed by the introduction of Mr.Babu Thumpayil(Parish secretary) ,welcome speech of Vicar, and Felicitations Mr.Joy Ittan(Treasurer)move on to the Vote of Thanks. Ms.Nisha Abraham was the Master of Ceremony.A delicious luncheon also served .
