Diploma Distribution Function for those who had successfully completed the Diploma Course for the laity by the Biblical & Liturgical Academy of the Malankara Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church for the year 2011-12 was held at the St. Athanasius Cathedral in Puthencuriz Patriarch Centre on 17 Nov 2012. Catholicos His Beatitude Aboon Mor Baselios Thomas- I bava presided over the function. Certificate of Excellence for the First rank holder was awarded to Smt. Suja George Thekkethalackal. A book titled ‘Kymtho’ authored by Smt. Suja George was also released at the function.
