Dukhrono of Mor Yaqu`b Burdhono at St. Stephen's Bes-Ania JSO Valiyapally, Chelad

CHELAD, KOTHAMANGALAM: The Dukhrono of Mor Yaqu'b Burdhono and Retreat will be held at St. Stephen's Bes - Ania JSO Valiya Pally, Chelad from Nov 20th to 28th. His Beatitude Dr. Baselios Thomas I Catholicos will inaugurate the retreat on Nov 20th, Sunday. Sri. KP.Abraham Tholali, Rev.Fr.Eby Varkey ,  Rev.Fr.Varghese Pulatal, Rev.Fr.Paulose Pallathukudy, V.Rev E. C. Geevarghese Cor-Episcopa, Rev. Fr. P.T.Thomas Erumeli and V.Rev. Fr. Gheevarghese Cor-Episcopa  will lead the retreat. HG Dr. Mor Severios Abraham - Metropolitan of Angamaly region will celebrate the H. Qurbono on Nov 25 at Thekkekurish chappel . On 27  Holy Mass by His Beatitude Dr. Baselios Thomas I Catholicos, evening prayer by  H.G.Gregorious Joseph (Kochi Diocese)   H.G Mor.Aphrem Mathews Perumbavoor and Highrange region will celebrate H. Qurbono on Nov 28th, the main day of the feast.

This is one of the few churches in Malankara where the Holy relics of Mor Yaqu'b Burdhono was installed by the holy hands of St. Gregorios of Malankara.
