VETTICKAL/MULANTHURUTHY: A team of Professors from University of Olderburg, Germany visited Malankara Syrian Orthodox Theological Seminary, Vettickal, Mulanthuruthy on 4th March 2013. The team was led by Prof. Dr. Ulrike Link-Wieczorek who is also a member of the Faith and Order Commission of the World Council of Churches. Others included Prof. Dr. Andrea Strubind, Prof. Dr. Kim Strubind, Dr. Dominik Gautier, and Prof. Dr. Andre Muzinger. The team was received by Dr. Mor Theophilus Kuriakose, Resident Metropolitan of M.S.O.T. Seminary, Dr. Mor Coorilos Geevarghese, Dr. Mor Antheemos Mathews and Very Rev. Dr. Adai Jacob Corepiscopa, Principal of the Seminary. Discussions were held about the possibilities for exchange visits of students and faculty between the two institutions. The delegation also visited the headquarters of the Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church in Puthencruz.
