Centenary of "Pambakuda Namaskaram" being celebrated

The Centenary of publishing of 'The Daily Prayer book of the Jacobite Syrian Christians', compiled by V. Rev. Konattu Mathen Cor-Episcopa and published as per the Apostolic Bull of His Holiness Ignatius Abdedaloho II Patriarch, will be celebrated under the auspices of Mor Behnan Study Circle (MBSC) at St. Shakrallah Mor Baselios Centre, Kandanad on the 13th and 14th November, 2010. His Beatitude Baselios Thomas I Catholicos will inaugurate the 'Centenary celebrations'. Bar Etho Briro Dr. D. Babu Paul IAS will be the main speaker on the occasion. Metropolitans of the Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church and Bar Etho M`hiro Shri. Thambu George Thukalan, the Church secretary will be the guests of honour.

The Anniversary of Mor Behnan Study Circle will also be held at Kandanad on 13th and 14th Nov. On the 13th, Saturday evening a youth get-together, discussion class and a discussion session with HB the Catholicos have been organised.
