30th Anniversary of Enthronement of HH Ignatius Zakka 1st celebrated at Puthencuriz Patriarchal Centre ( Head Quarters of Syrian Orthodox Church in India) today

PUTHENCURIZ: 30th Anniversary of Enthronement of HH Ignatius Zakka I celebrated at Puthencuriz Patriarchal Centre ( Head Quarters of Syrian Orthodox Church in India) today. H.B Catholicose Dr. Baselios Thomas 1st lead the Thanksgiving Holy Mass at St. Athanasius Cathedral here assisted by H.G Mathews Mor Aprem here. Baretho Mahero Thambu George Thukalan (Church Secretary), Rembans, Priests, Deacons, Nuns, Church officials & lots of faithful attended the Holy Mass & the celebrations held here there after. മുളന്തുരുത്തി: മാര്‍ത്തോമന്‍ കത്തീഡ്രലില്‍ തോമാശ്ലീഹായുടെ ദുഖ്‌റോന പെരുന്നാളിനും പള്ളിക്ക് കല്ലിട്ടപെരുന്നാളിനും വികാരി ഫാ. മത്തായി കുളച്ചിറ കൊടിയേറ്റി. വികാരിമാരായ ഫാ. ബേബി ചാമക്കാല കോര്‍എപ്പിസ്‌കോപ്പ, ഫാ. സ്ലീബാലാസ് കോര്‍എപ്പിസ്‌കോപ്പ, ഫാ. സ്ലീബ കളരിക്കല്‍, ഫാ. ഷാജി മാമ്മൂട്ടില്‍, ട്രസ്റ്റിമാരായ സന്തോഷ് മത്തായി, ജോയി, ചേലമ്പോട്ടില്‍, പൗലോസ് കന്നപ്പിള്ളില്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ നേതൃത്വം നല്‍കി. സമാപന ദിവസമായ ജൂലായ് 3ന് രാവിലെ 8.30ന് ജോസഫ് മാര്‍ ഗ്രിഗോറിയസ് തിരുമേനിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ മൂന്നില്‍മേല്‍ കുര്‍ബാന, തിരുശേഷിപ്പ് വണക്കം, പ്രദക്ഷിണം, നേര്‍ച്ച, ലേലം, കൊടിയിറക്ക് എന്നിവ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും.

അങ്കമാലി ഭദ്രാസനത്തിലെ വൈദികരുടെ വേതന - പെന്‍ഷന്‍ വ്യവസ്ഥ പരിഷ്‌കരിച്ചു

അങ്കമാലി: അങ്കമാലി ഭദ്രാസനത്തിലെ വൈദികരുടെ വേതന - പെന്‍ഷന്‍ വ്യവസ്ഥകള്‍ പരിഷ്‌കരിച്ചു. ജൂലായ് മുതല്‍ പുതിയ വ്യവസ്ഥകള്‍ നിലവില്‍ വരും. വൈദികരുടെ പെന്‍ഷന്‍പ്രായം എഴുപത് വയസ്സാക്കി. സേവനത്തിലിരിക്കെ വൈദികര്‍ മരിച്ചാല്‍ അവസാനം ശമ്പളമായി കൈപ്പറ്റിയ തുകയുടെ പകുതി ഭാര്യയ്ക്ക് പെന്‍ഷനായി നല്‍കും. പെന്‍ഷന്‍ ലഭിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന വൈദികന്‍ മരിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ പെന്‍ഷന്‍ തുകയുടെ പകുതി ഭാര്യയ്ക്ക് പെന്‍ഷനായി ലഭിക്കും. അങ്കമാലി ഭദ്രാസന സമഗ്ര പൊതുയോഗത്തിലാണ് തീരുമാനമുണ്ടായതെന്ന് അങ്കമാലി സെക്രട്ടറി ഫാ. കല്ലാപ്പാറ അറിയിച്ചു.

The younger generation of the Church born and brought up outside Kerala is seen to be perplexed when they hear the prayers and hymns in Church prepared in Malayalam, as they are unable to read the Malayalam manuscript in its original form. To avoid this dilemma, the Common Prayers of the Jacobite Church has been compiled in an App form for use in Android based smartphones for the tech-savvy generation of today. The app 'JACOBITE PRAYERS' includes the Transliteration of Sheemo Namaskaram and the Pampakuda version, and also its English translation. (Includes Great Lent Prayers also).
This app has been developed by Mathew Thomas (Shaji), a member of St. Ignatius JSO Church, Marol, Mumbai. The app can be downloaded for FREE from Android market and Apple Store.
